Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. For example, peter and Peter are considered different accounts.
Also, note that the capital letter O and the number 0 look similar but are different characters.

If you are unsure of your username, use the “Forgotten your user name?” link on the login page. You will need to enter the email address used when creating your account.
If the system reports that no user is registered with that email, possible reasons include:

• You may have registered with a different email → try other email addresses.
• You do not yet have a ConfTool account, and a new account must be created.
• A typo occurred when entering your email during account creation → contact the organizing committee to correct it.
• You may have multiple accounts under different emails.

Contact the organizing committee for assistance. They can:

• Verify whether your account exists
• Validate or update your email address
• Resend your username
• Merge duplicate accounts

For example, if you have already submitted a paper, use the same account to register for the conference.

Must be valid. ConfTool uses verification procedures to prevent typos. This email will be used for all conference communication, paper submission, and registration.

Must be at least 2 characters long, case-sensitive, and unique. Already used usernames cannot be reused.

Must be at least 5 characters, case-sensitive, and include at least one Latin letter (a–z) and one number (0–9). Passwords identical to your username or overly simple passwords are not allowed.
